We coach train and mentor individuals to become leaders of change in driving towards a leaner, innovative and continuously improving organisation. We have a proven track record of helping clients significantly reduce costs whilst sustaining performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity and Morale.
We have built up a collaborative network of consultants approaching 60 people. Our consultants have experience of seeing and developing best practice within Shingho prize winning businesses. 90% have worked in Toyota at Group Leader level or higher. We bring a "different thinking way" from traditional management. We are "hands-on" in the workplace and do whatever it takes to ensure rapid sustainable change. That does not mean taking the ownership away from personnel within the system or internal change leaders.
The clients we like to work with, don't just send someone on a training course for them to return back to work - business as usual. They want to make a difference and so do we! Our ethos and portfolio are designed to drive real learning by applying new tools, techniques and methodologies in the workplace.
