The school’s state-of-the-art equipment, developed by the Chefs and the Teaching Committee, is the perfect toolset for discovering the best techniques of cooking and pastry-making. The capacity of the Ecole has increased. There are now two demonstration kitchens and one pastry lab to offer trainees optimal comfort and learning conditions.
