Front Cooking School has two campuses in Carlton: on Lygon Street and on Brunswick Street. The facilities are first class, and our trainers are industry experienced.

If this style of specialty baking is for you then Front Cooking School’s Certificate III in Patisserie is the right course. This qualification provides for you to work in various organisations where patisserie products are prepared and served. Places such as cafés, catering operations, clubs, coffee shops, hotels, patisseries, pubs, and restaurants as Pastry Chef.
