You’ll be taught by highly qualified staff and gain hands-on experience in professional training facilities.

You could also develop your skills in our international kitchen, complete with wok station, tandoori oven and pasta station.

We also have strong links with industry, and the Royal Navy can offer graduate students a guaranteed interview with Compass National Foodservice, and help you set up your own business.
