Portage College has been serving students proudly for over 50 years and educates thousands of full-time and part-time students every year through its programs and Continuing Education courses. Boyle

Our Boyle campus is located 160 km north of Edmonton along Highway 831 and offers amazing hands-on training for our Heavy Equipment Operator program. Onsite facilities include a classroom, training yard, and equipment including grades, dozers, and excavators.

Cold Lake

Situated in the Lakeland district, Cold Lake is home to a variety of activities from boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing, and wakeboarding to snowmobiling, snowboarding, hiking, and more. There's plenty to do and explore in a vibrant downtown atmosphere.

Our Cold Lake campus is the second largest campus, and it's conveniently housed in the Cold Lake Energy Centre.

Frog Lake Cree Nation Campus

Frog Lake First Nations

Frog Lake First Nations is located about two and a half hours east of Edmonton. It is located approximately 90 km north of Lloydminster and 80 km south of Cold Lake on Secondary Highway 897.

The campus in Frog Lake offers Academic Foundations and College Prep programs to local students giving them the opportunity to acquire high school credit courses and prepare for further learning at a college or university level.

Lac La Biche

From the shores of Lac La Biche lake to the acres of boreal forest that surround the community, Lac La Biche has a multitude of outdoor adventures to offer.

Our main campus in Lac La Biche provides a unique learning environment for all students. Not only do our students have the opportunity to learn and work in an inclusive campus, but they are also ensured small class sizes so that each student receives one-on-one attention that larger institutions cannot offer. With a wide range of programs, Portage College in Lac La Biche can help put you on your educational path.

Saddle Lake Cree Nation

Saddle Lake Cree Nation is located on Highway 652, approximately 180 km northeast of the City of Edmonton, Alberta, and 26 km west of the Town of St. Paul.

Our Saddle Lake campus provides students with a local learning opportunity with unique one-on-one support in a comfortable, friendly environment.

St. Paul

St. Paul, Alberta has all the services you could want including an excellent education, hospital, medical centers, and daycare/day home services. There are shopping centers, and numerous sports and recreational facilities including a swimming pool, bowling alley, and an 18-hole golf course.

Our St. Paul campus is home to our hospitality programs as well as provides programming in the following areas; Practical Nurse, Academic Upgrading, and University Transfer Courses. Our students have the opportunity to learn and work in a top-notch environment while enjoying small class sizes.

Whitefish (Goodfish) Lake First Nation #128

The Goodfish Lake open campus is a learning environment to support students aged 15 years and older. Its purpose is to incorporate foundational learning techniques to build on students’ strengths and initial career interests.

Students are given the support to engage in their own learning and to develop and work through learning plans. This holistic and experiential learning environment allows students to build on essential, career and life skills, extending beyond the four walls of the classroom.
