Introduction
Our Diploma in Culinary Arts program is carefully designed for beginners with little or no skills. You will be introduced to classic and innovative Western, Malaysian, Asian Cuisines and Pastry & Bakery. You will learn techniques of garde manger, rotisserie, sauces, stocks, plating, buffet, cooking in low and high temperatures, and smoking and will also learn how to accomplish advanced techniques and skills in innovative ways of cooking such as “sous vide”.
You will gain valuable industry experience through a 6 months Practicum at an external establishment.
