Introduction

The value of a good executive secretary or PA is difficult to quantify, many executives see this person as their right hand. This course is designed to give the modern PA the tools required to excel when working with executives.

This course is designed to give you a mix of tools and knowledge to be a top performer when working amongst C-Suite Executives.

The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
