Introduction
The ESOL program is for students who need to improve their English skills before starting a degree at Keiser University. The program focuses on improving students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while also teaching them academic English. It is not a degree program, but it prepares students for a degree of their choice.
Students with very little or no experience with English can start the ESOL program. Students are given a placement test at the beginning of the course to determine their level. They must pass each level with a 70% or higher in order to continue to the next level.
