Professional in all areas, interested in applying methodologies to make improvements in the business processes of your company or organization.

In our region, few organizations have documented and optimized processes, so the Specialty in Business Process Improvement has total social and economic relevance.

When studying at ITESO

  • You take a program based on BPM, Business Process Management *
  • You have the possibility of being certified as a business process professional, as well as in business intelligence, through one of the highly prestigious international associations.
  • You join an academic community with a high level of specialization in the area of business processes, project management and consulting.
  • You access specialized laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art software to develop process management practices and projects.
  • Upon completion of the Specialty in Business Process Improvement, you can revalidate subjects to obtain the Master's Degree in Applied Informatics in one year of studies.

The specialty has a three-term scheme, two semester and one quarterly. The training plan is designed so that students dedicate 20 hours a week, where they will have teaching sessions, a laboratory, various tasks and the preparation of their terminal project.
