Introduction

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE
This course aims to train professional senior technicians in social media management, with the ability to develop innovative programs for presence in search engines, identify and segment the organization's customers, create and evaluate attractive content and disseminate it in text format, image, audio and video. The future senior technician in social media management will be the trusted individual who, in an organization, monitors, filters, measures and guides the presence on social media of a brand, product, individual or legal entity.


LEARNING OUTCOMES/MAIN ACTIVITIES

Develop a social media management plan adapted to market requirements and the characteristics of the organization:

a) Identify segments and define the target;

b) Define positioning based on differentiating attributes of the brand, product or service;

c) Develop the mix of social networks;

d) Develop analysis, monitoring and reporting mechanisms;

Define policies, instruments and communication supports applied to social networks:

a) Define the editorial line to be applied to the different social networks;

b) Create newsletter applications and landing pages on mobile devices;

c) Develop viral and Buzzmarketing campaigns using video and audio media;

d) Create communication supports using tools and technologies, namely geolocation and Quick Response;

Develop and implement policies and actions for online commerce and web page management:

a) Implement online sales pages using and adapting specialized platforms;

b) Implement web pages using content management system (CMS) platforms;

Create procedures and instruments to control and monitor activity on social networks:

a) Define Key performance indicators according to the objectives outlined in the plan;

b) Creation and feeding of information systems with a view to efficient monitoring;

c) Calculate lead value indicators;

d) Control of practices inherent to data and information security standards;
