Introduction
DESCRIPTION
The Graduate Program in Human Resources prepares participants to move into more complex positions in human resource management, with a strong scientific background. The sessions, previously scheduled, will allow participants to act in a simulation and case study context, reinforcing skills at higher levels of management and administration.
GOALS
- Equate the management of human resources in new management contexts;
- Develop new tools and applications for human resource management;
- Allow a knowledge of the language and the way of thinking in the field of human resources management;
- Framing the function of human resources as a specific function in the organization and as a management philosophy;
- Identify, analyze and define priorities for a daily base work;
- Reinforce the concentration and more decisive actions in the priority activities of Human Resources;
- Know trends in collective bargaining and European social dialogue;
- Develop skills to build personal influence;
- Promote the development of skills to support organizational management.
