Introduction
The Postgraduate Course in Management of Health Services and Institutions has the mission of developing management skills in professionals of health institutions, who exercise management functions or aspire to them, with the purpose of exponentiating their potential for professional and personal development and the attainment of added value in health and gains in quality and efficiency in the institutions, public or private, in which they exercise functions.
This postgraduate course is distinguished in terms of content and excellent teaching staff, with experience at the highest level in the area of health in the subjects they teach, as well as for the work methodology focused on practical cases, of which the maximum example is the final exercise of 24 hours in ISAG® Health, which will be a competition lasting 24 hours in a row without interruptions, which will take our students to the extreme of their resilience, ability to work in a team and demonstrate the technical and behavioral skills acquired throughout the course .
Ideal Students
The postgraduate course is aimed at professionals in the health area, who exercise management functions or aspire to them. Applications will be evaluated from professionals from clinical areas, such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, diagnostic and therapeutic technicians or senior health technicians, as well as from management and support areas, such as managers, economists, engineers and lawyers, who wish to develop their knowledge and have a degree and relevant experience in the area.

Course Operation
- Duration (contact hours): 276 hours / 43.5 ECTS
- Final date for applications: September 15, 2022 (1st phase)
- The course will take place between January 2023 and July 2023
- The course timetable will seek to favor balance between the students' professional and personal lives, with classes taking place between 2 pm and 7 pm, on Friday afternoons, and 9 am and 1 pm, on Saturdays. Occasionally there will be weeks with classes on Friday morning or Saturday afternoon, as a way to compensate for some free weekends.

Course Evaluation
Assessment in the course will be mandatory and, whenever possible, framed with the practical cases to be developed in each of the modules, thus enabling participants who succeed in all curricular units to guarantee the Post-Graduate Diploma in Management of services and health institutions.
Mere attendance by students, without obtaining full performance, will be demonstrated by a certificate of attendance, in whole or in part.
Certification Conditions
- Attendance and approval of this non-academic postgraduate course will be certified through:
- A certificate of attendance, for those who attended a course with evaluation, but without having successfully completed all the planned evaluation;
- A course diploma, for those who attended the course and successfully completed all the planned assessment.
- Students who complete only a few curricular units of this course will be awarded a certificate of attendance, which will mention the curricular units that they successfully completed.
- In any case, the attribution of attendance certificates and course diplomas depends on attending at least 75% of the expected contact hours.
