Goal

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • define a clear and shared representation of the added value and skills of a manager of managers,
  • develop a strategic vision for the activities of their teams,
  • to train their teams around a unifying vision,
  • to adapt their management by developing their emotional intelligence,
  • conduct a support interview to help their teams of managers deal with the situations encountered.

Upstream: get to know yourself better by discovering your emotional intelligence

  • EQ-i questionnaire (Emotional Quotient inventory) to be completed online
  • Individual debriefing telephone interview
  • Elaboration of his personal action plan to develop his emotional intelligence

Face-to-face: experiment and step back

  • Define your added value as a manager of managers
  • Be in a leadership model oriented on 4 areas of action: develop a strategy, mobilize its teams, implement, develop its teams

Build the vision of your team in relation to corporate strategy

  • Conduct the strategic diagnosis of its scope of activity
  • Explain to your team the strategy of the company and the activity
  • Register its activity in synergy with partner services

Develop your leadership as a manager of managers

  • Analyze the behaviors of a manager of managers in situation
