General informations

Goal

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • to support individual face-to-face and remote employees with positive behavior to encourage adherence and promote transfer to action,
  • to adapt his style of monitoring to the profiles of the monitored and in respect of the essential stages of the individual accompaniment,
  • to prepare, lead and animate a training in the classroom or at a distance as an accompaniment leader by creating a group dynamic,
  • to design a training course: from the educational objective to the pedagogic
  • manage a group in training taking into account the different profiles and behaviors.

Context

This training is part of the professionalization of the professions of sales instructors.

Prerequisites

Prior to the training, participants will have completed a self-positioning sent by IFCAM .

No specific prior knowledge required.

The techniques and postures of the individual accompaniment (3 days)

  • The challenges of the job of monitor / facilitator in the accompaniment of change
  • The keys of the monitorat
  • The stages of the individual accompaniment: from the preparation to the follow-up of the accompaniment at J month
  • Adaptation of his coaching to the accompanied collaborator
  • Individual remote accompaniment

Training Design Techniques (1 day)

  • The levers for successful training
  • The stages of designing a training
  • The sequencing of a training day
  • The different animation tools

Techniques and postures of group animation (2 days)

  • Steps to success in an indoor event: from preparation to the conclusion of the session
  • Personal presentation techniques, round table, pedagogical awakening and closing of session
  • Message structuring techniques using interactive pedagogies with the group
  • Debriefing techniques
  • Fundamentals of Group Management and Room Behavior

Teaching method

The pedagogy of this training is based on:

  • self-positioning upstream of the session in order to situate itself,
  • the presentation of the fundamentals of each module and the sharing of a "toolbox",
  • training scenarios on cases adapted to the participants (taking of positions / experienced) with use of the video,
  • constructive exchanges and debriefings allowing contributions for each and for the group in a climate of benevolence and respect for the other.
