- Feelings and emotions associated with assertiveness
Earn in insurance: the keys to assertiveness
- The different possible attitudes (attack, flight, assertiveness): learning to identify them
- The different sources of blockage: cultural, emotional, perceptual.
- The behaviors related to these blockages, their causes and their consequences:
