At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

Establish your leadership style

  • Define the qualities of leaders who inspire
  • Differentiate the positions of leader and manager
  • Identify leadership components and styles
  • Identify strengths and development points

Develop and transmit a unifying vision

  • Identify the components of a unifying vision
  • Use analogies to develop a unifying vision: teamboat and adventure strategy
  • Work on public speaking and public speaking technique

Mobilize and lead a collective

  • The pillars of a successful team
  • Involve teams in goal setting
  • Facilitate participatory and constructive exchanges

Convince your interlocutors, argue and influence

  • Identify the records of the argumentation
  • Recognize persuasion styles
  • Build your argument according to the value system of your interlocutor

The pedagogy is based on:

  • shared references such as the identification of inspiring leaders and their values
  • analysis and reading grids, such as Daniel Goleman's leadership styles questionnaire
  • contributions of tools, methodologies and sharing of good practices
  • scenarios specific to each sequence to practice and experiment
  • decoding and analysis of videos / films
