At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

Share the fundamentals of project management
- Definition of a project, its characteristics (AFNOR reference and ISO Quality Assurance standard)
- Definition of Project Management and Project Mode Components
Structuring the piloting sequences of a project
- Lead a project
- The 3 piloting sequences: organization / launch, follow-up and closing of the project, the corresponding pilot deliverables
Organize and launch a project
- Define the purpose and objectives of the project
- Define the project team
- Define pilot instances
- Define the steps and activities to be carried out
- Determine the risks inherent in the project
- Develop the schedule and evaluate workloads
- Formalize the project launch file
Lead a project
- Periodically measure the progress of the project against the forecast and make the corrective decisions:
- develop and analyze the project dashboard
- animate piloting bodies
- animate the decision system
Conclude a project
- Finish the project and learn from it
