Introduction
Over the two days of training, participants will be exposed to the full scope of European hydrogen policy, its political and strategic context, as well as the implications and opportunities it presents for projects.
The course is comprised of the following eight sessions:
- the EU policy and approach to clean hydrogen,
- the corresponding legal framework,
- the regulation of a clean hydrogen network,
- wider and adjacent energy regulation,
- technical parameters for investors,
- implications of trade with third countries,
- support mechanisms,
- a concluding session returning to some of the central questions.
