What is the program itinerary?
1st Stage in person in Madrid
The program begins with a 3-day residential in Madrid where the following topics are addressed:

Setting your strategy in a disrupted world
Strategic Innovation and Transformation
2nd immersive online stage
This stage takes place in an immersive online format. It is made up of the following modules of 8 weeks each:
- Strategic Sales Management
- Key Account Management
- Digital marketing
- Commercial Model Transformation
During this online period, and in parallel to completing the modules, the participant will have 4-hour workshops on Strategic Mindset and Leadership every 6 weeks.
3rd in-person Stage Barcelona
