Introduction

Jumpstart your career with an Associate of Science degree.

The field of Computer Science is booming and you can be a part of it. Earn your Associate of Science (AS) degree and be ready for entry-level positions as a computer support specialist or web developer. The program typically takes just four semesters or two years to complete.

The curriculum in our Theoretical track is rigorous, but for good reason. It’s designed around national curriculum models, employment opportunities and admissions requirements for graduate schools.

During this time, you’ll learn the basic principles of computer science, programming, and systems operation. You’ll also take a variety of general education courses that provide you with critical thinking and writing skills.

Employers tell us they appreciate the level of knowledge and skills our graduates bring to the workplace. What’s more, if you’re interested in earning a bachelor’s degree down the road, you’ll be well on your way.
