As a Cardiovascular Sonographer (CVS), also known as an Echocardiographer, Cardiac Sonographer, or Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technologist, you're trained to use imaging technology to help physicians diagnose heart problems in patients. Cardiac Sonographers capture images of the heart's chambers, valves, and blood vessels to aid a cardiologist to diagnose and prepare treatment plans for patients with heart conditions, heart disease, or congenital defects. CARDIOVASCULAR SONOGRAPHY

As a student taking our courses, you can earn your nursing degree to make a difference in your own life and in other’s lives. Pursue your associate degree in nursing (ADN) at Concorde Career College. Our school prepares students for a career as a professional nurse in this fast-growing field with trained facilities and educators who have years of practical experience working in healthcare. Nursing (Associate of Applied Science) Mission Statement The Associate degree in Nursing program provides students with theoretical knowledge, hands-on laboratory instruction, clinical training in a hospital, clinical, or private practice settings, and professional attributes required to obtain entry-level positions in the field of nursing. The program prepares students to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses® (NCLEX-RN) and to the State Board of Nursing for licensure. Learning Objectives / Instructional Outcomes The Nursing program includes general education courses covering mathematics, written, verbal and nonverbal communications; interpersonal skills; critical thinking; the sciences; and the humanities. Learning objectives include the achievement of sufficient theoretical knowledge and practical skills in pharmacology, health assessment, mental health, therapeutic communication, and nursing care through the lifespan and health-illness continuum.
