The Professional Chef with a Higher University Degree has a unique methodology, based on daily practice in the kitchen, additional learning with videos and other updated teaching resources, experimentation and innovation in cooking and gastronomy with sustainable criteria. criteria.

With this chef diploma in Barcelona from CETT-UB, you will learn and master, in nine months, from basic cooking techniques to the latest innovations in avant-garde cuisine . You will be up to date with culinary processes and utensils, the latest international trends, and also clients with diverse needs. You will also practice baking, as well as wine tasting and pairing, to acquire a global vision of gastronomy.

You'll finally be able to design and create memorable culinary experiences!

The course culminates with the Pop-up Gastronomic Experience , a comprehensive restaurant and gastronomy project with real clients.
