TOEFL Preparation

Join one of our three TOEFL Preparation classes and get ready for taking the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)! Intensive TOEFL Preparation Class This class includes intensive work on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as strategies for approaching TOEFL tasks and testing on the computer. Students take two mini-exams and one complete practice exam each cycle. The complete course is eight weeks. Our intensive TOEFL class meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:10 pm. Tuition is $780 for 4 weeks. The required text for the TOEFL Preparation course is currently $97. Our 2017 official start dates are: January 17 (Tuesday), February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 5, July 3, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 23, November 20, December 18. However, students may start any Monday! The I-20 form for an F-1 student visa can be issued for students in the Intensive TOEFL Preparation class who are at least 16 years of age. For more information on obtaining a F-1 Student Visa and the requirements for obtaining an I-20 form, please contact us. Semi-Intensive Evening TOEFL Preparation Class Our semi-intensive evening TOEFL classes meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:40 pm to 8:45 pm. The complete course is 24 weeks. Tuition is $260 for 4 weeks. The required text for the TOEFL Preparation course is currently $97. Students can start any Tuesday. Semi-Intensive Saturday TOEFL Preparation Class Our semi-intensive Saturday TOEFL classes meet from 9:00 am to 1:05 pm, including a 20-minute break. The complete course is 40 weeks. Tuition is $160 for 4 weeks. The required text for the TOEFL Preparation course is currently $97. Students can start any Saturday. Enrollment To enroll in any of our TOEFL Preparation classes, the student needs to complete an application and pay a $50 application fee. The minimum age is 14. The application can be completed online at http://ilidc.com/esl/enroll. Prospective students may also come to our school and apply in person. Advanced English skills are required for enrollment. A placement test will be given to all new students. Placement Testing Monday-Thursday: 9 am – 7 pm
Friday: 9 am – 3:30 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 12:30 pm
No appointment necessary. The test is not available online. Payment Policy Tuition for the first 4 weeks has to be paid entirely before the student is allowed in class. Questions?
