Program Description

Building platforms for success is critical in today’s changing business environment. This program will equip managers to effectively manage their work and relationships to be more productive in contemporary organizations.

They will learn to manage cross-functional, cross-organizational relationships, develop social capital, and create and manage organizational strategic partners.

Participants will also gain an understanding of how a savvy manager transitions to a leadership role and how to create an environment where creativity is the norm.
