Introduction
The Sports Law Program, directed by Juan de Dios Crespo, considered one of the best lawyers in Spain according to the British magazine "Chambers & Partners", has been conceived so that the student knows the legal and legal foundations of sport from a perspective purely practical and through expert lawyers who work day by day in sports law.
Methodology
The program has been developed with a balance between the theoretical and practical aspects of its contents.
Each module has a theoretical content and a practical application in the classroom, consolidated with practice and the experience of the speakers.
Modalities
Hybrid, face-to-face, blended and online.
Starting dates and academic calendar
The program starts the first Friday of November .
The face-to-face sessions will be held on Fridays from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the ESBS European Sport Business School facilities or virtually via streaming (all classes are recorded).
The program has been conceived so that the student can develop it in 12 work weeks with a performance of 10 to 15 hours per week.
Certificate
Once you have successfully passed the academic tests of the program, you will receive the certificate of completion of the Sports Law Program ESBS European Sport Business School and Fundació Valencia CF Training Center.

Program Outcome
General objective of the program
The general objective of the program is for the student to know the legal and legal foundations of the sport.
Specific program objectives
- Get to know and network between teachers and students through the different sessions and masterclasses.
- Know the structural organization of sport, both the public and private areas. and its regulation. (Module I).
- Delve into the regulation of the existing relationship between athletes and clubs, their employment regime and their specificities. (Module II).
- Know national and international regulations on disciplinary matters. (Module III).
- Study of FIFA and UEFA regulations: Transfers and claim methods.
- Study the methods of implementing Fair Play in sports: doping, prevention of match-fixing and betting, etc. (Module IV).
- Study alternative methods of conflict resolution. In particular, international arbitration as a method for deciding disputes and appeals in the world of sport. (Module V).
