The Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate is for anyone within any type of organization where customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and cost reduction are of major importance. You should have a sound knowledge of basic mathematics and be comfortable with computers, particularly MS Excel. Innate analytical ability is less important than the desire to learn and become successful with Six Sigma. The completion of work-related projects is a requirement to obtain the certificate. You may complete the program without doing the project; however, you would not receive the Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate.
