Champions of Change is a nine-month certification program which walks employees through a real-time change project as they learn how to create, lead, and empower strategic change in their organization.
Managing in the 21st Century
Managing in the 21st Century provides participants with cutting-edge knowledge of business and management in today’s global environment in eight half-day sessions. Topics included were not covered when most executives received their advanced degree, such as e-commerce, e-law, knowledge management, etc.
This two- or three-day program provides business executives with a working knowledge of finance as their growing careers demand greater competency in this area. Business leaders will leave with an understanding of financial information that will enable them to make better strategic decisions.
Value-Centered Ethics is a one- to three-day program which discusses the legal and financial implications of unethical behavior in the workplace, while walking participants through processes that empower them to make important ethical decisions.
Information Technology Program
IT Essentials is a three-day program which bridges the gap between management and IT departments. The goal is to increase understanding of the role of technology in today’s business world and how it can catapult business toward accelerated success.
