The Project Management Management Seminar consists of four modules, totaling 48 hours of study.

  • Definition of the management plan of a project and its subsidiary plans.

  • Development of the broken work structure (WBS).

Module 2. Project Time Programming (12 hours)

  • The time management plan (Schedule)
  • Definition of activities, sequence, estimation of times, estimation of resources.
  • Techniques for the development of networks.
  • Techniques for the development of the schedule.
  • Method of calculating the critical path (CPM)
  • Problems of resource management in the project.
  • Use of Support Software (MicroSoft Project 2013).

Module 3. Project Budgeting and Control (12 hours)

  • Types and classification of costs in the project.
  • Cost estimation techniques.
  • Budgeting and cash flow.
  • Baseline cost.
  • Accumulated value method (Earned Value Management).
  • Project status indicators
  • Prognostic and trend indicators of the project status.
  • Performance reports
  • Use of Support Software (MicroSoft Project 2013).

Module 4. Administration of Human Resources, Communications and Risks in the Project (12 hours)

  • Project Organization.
  • Development of the project team.
  • Communications matrix.
  • Concepts of risk.
  • Processes of risk management in the project.
  • Risk identification techniques.
  • Risk quantification techniques.
  • Establishment of risk response plans.
  • Development and documentation of the risk plan for a project.
