What you will learn:

You will improve your understanding of Projects and Project Management, plus build your confidence in the disciplines associated with successful projects. Through tutorials, simulations and practical examples you will gain the knowledge necessary to be a productive member of a project team.

  • Understand the concepts, objectives and tradeoffs of projects
  • Understand various aspects of productive project implementation
  • Apply the sequential steps associated with product life-cycles
  • Learn the factors relevant to large and small scale projects

Length:

One- half day session of classroom instruction followed by a series of web-

based reinforcement tools.

Purpose of this course:

To integrate academic principles with practical lessons learned from direct project experiences. To examine the ways that projects of all sizes and complexity can be undertaken to maximize successful growth while controlling costs and maintaining schedules.
