Program Outcome
Learning objectives/main activities
- Manage, monitor and control the different activities that make up the industrial organization, by conventional or computer-assisted methods, with a view to optimizing them;
- Plan, organize and control human resources and equipment with a view to optimizing production, ensuring levels of satisfaction, industrial ergonomics and hygiene and safety at work and occupational health;
- Draw up reports relating to the different areas of intervention in production, maintenance and logistics;
- Monitor and analyze the company's supply and stock management service, with a view to adapting it to the production process, with the aim of avoiding stock outages and reducing costs;
- Manage and coordinate information flows between production and the different departments of the organization, as well as with suppliers and customers;
- Collaborate in defining the industrial layout, and design and/or support the implementation of control, supervision and automation systems for production processes;
- Analyze the organization's needs in order to implement the most appropriate logistics solutions for the company's objectives, strategies and resources.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of energy and environmental management plans;
- Support equipment management in cyber-physical systems.
