The structure of the course ensures that you get basic knowledge of core concepts and theories by taking two core modules in leadership and organisational change. The course develops your knowledge of, and ability to critically evaluate contemporary issues and a range of theoretical approaches to change management in organisations through four further modules on areas such as learning and talent, designing organisations, resilience and well-being and critical leadership. The final module is a research project on a topic of your choice relevant to your career and interests.
