The post-graduation course in Leadership and Digital Resources in Education 5.0 aims to train the professionals of education to build a curriculum with a new approach, focused on new models and practices of teaching-learning. We know that education is increasingly approaching the 5.0 Age, as it prioritizes know-how and know-being, which involves experiences in and outside the classroom that promote its development. The educators and institutions that will apply both digital learning environments and diverse learning strategies will be putting on the job market, human professionals that will improve local, regional, and national development,
Theoretical and experiential learning is the proposal of this model, in which the totality of being is integrated into its learning process, acting in a preventive perspective, stimulating the affective nucleus of learning, through music, movement, and group meetings, which allow the development of human potentials of vitality, pleasure, creativity, affectivity, and transcendence, at the same time that it promotes an effective relationship between humanization and digital environments.
To provide an offer of postgraduate and specialized training in the scope of new needs in Education, which allows expanding, from a theoretical-practical dimension, the practical interventions in education, foreseeing new methodologies of action in the educational system.
To develop proposals for education in the context of the creation of dynamics of the experience-oriented movement.
To explore the movement guided by the experience as an educative strategy.
