The goal of the program is:
to show the influence and role of the marketing decisions in increasing total business value.
The program is for:
-business owners and top managers of medium-sized enterprises and higher;
-heads of marketing departments;
All program courses are integrated by single philosophy which is based on the most progressive approach to business organization, recognized by world’s business community — marketing orientation towards increasing business value.
The program is based on using “MARKSTRAT®“ computer simulation, as major instrument, which enables the participants to see the direct influence of marketing decisions on business value. Besides, the program uses a range of innovative technologies for teaching business courses, including business simulations, case studies, group discussions etc.
The program consists of the following courses:
According to the business value creation concept, within the framework of the course the participants study the latest world approaches to marketing that have been adapted to Ukrainian companies’ requirements.
- Strategic marketing / MARKSTRAT®
Strategic marketing simulation, whose participants act as top managers of the company, that has been operating in the competitive market environment for 7—12 years.
In the process of the simulation the participants can see the influence of marketing actions on company value and acquire practical skills.
- Marketing research
The course provides the knowledge of objectives, ideology, structure and methods of marketing research and defines its place in company’s market activity.
The participants of the program learn marketing environment research and analysis techniques as well as techniques of contractors’ selection for conducting marketing research, marketing research management organization and analysis of obtained information.
- Business economics
Review of contemporary macro- and microeconomic processes and concepts that form the methodological basis for further understanding of business value creation concept.
- Financial aspects of company value
Financial management organization in the company aimed at increasing business value. Identifying company value key components.
Interrelationship among company value components.
Professors’ consulting activity experience brought about the structure of the program based on combination of the latest theoretical approaches with practical needs of Ukrainian business community.
Within the framework of the program the participants will have the opportunity to communicate with invited top managers of leading Ukrainian companies famous for their successful marketing projects.
Upon completion their studies the participants receive state certificate of professional development and MIM-Kyiv certificate.
Admission conditions: Admission is based on the open competition according to the results of documents selection and individual interview.
Program format: Friday from 17.30 to 21.30 and Saturday from 9.00 to 17.00 twice a month
