Individual development sessions offer the opportunity to greatly improve individual leadership ability and interpersonal effectiveness. An individual coaching session using the most effective assessment tools will be designed to fit your particular needs and goals.
Through individualized coaching, you will come to better understand your abilities as well as what styles are working for you, and what behaviors may be holding you back. You'll work with a qualified, candid "coach" to develop an action plan for your own development; as well as specific steps to develop your team.
The process begins by collecting feedback from subordinates, peers and/or supervisors using one or more highly reliable 360° assessment tools. This information is then compared to your self-perception as measured by selected self-assessment tools.
This intensive initial phase of the program can be followed by an on-going coaching schedule.
