Introduction
Goals
The Degree in Marketing (1st Cycle) provides training based on Management with a strong specialization in Marketing, capable of responding to the demands of competitive markets. It is intended to prepare qualified professionals who are able to respond to the management and marketing needs of the business fabric, in the areas of services or industry. Thus, the course is developed with a view to providing students with applied practice based on a current theoretical component, not forgetting the connection between academic concepts and the needs of the business environment. There is also a commitment to innovative curricular units with up-to-date topics on new technologies at the service of marketing.
Thus, the main objectives are:
- Provide students with the fundamentals and a vision of current management, multidisciplinary knowledge and deep skills in relevant areas of marketing;
- Provide future graduates with an operational vision of the various aspects of Marketing, the ability to develop market analysis instruments, to promote the dissemination and approach to different markets - national and international - always with a view to creating value for the customer and a continuous improvement of organizational efficiency;
- Instill in students a critical opinion, spirit of initiative and teamwork, management and analysis tools capable of developing the application of profitable and creative solutions;
- Allow the possibility for students to complement their curriculum with international teaching experiences under the various Erasmus international mobility partnerships;
- Provide an experience in the labor market within the scope of a curricular internship that will allow the practical application of the taught concepts.

The Degree in Marketing at ISCAP has been strongly welcomed by the job market throughout its existence. Marketing graduates from ISCAP will be able to perform functions in the following areas:
Marketing management, product management, brand management, operational management, customer management, commercial management, event and communication management, media planning and market research.
These competences allow the performance of director positions in the area of marketing or sales direction; product, brand, marketing communication or trade-marketing manager; market research coordinator and marketing consultant.
