Each summer, undergraduate and graduate students and professionals from all over the world come to Moscow for English-taught courses with HSE’s top professors. Courses focus on the politics, history, economics, and culture of Russia and Eurasia, and also include computer science, mathematics, social sciences, the humanities, and Russian language.

Students design their own study plans based on their interests and the number of credits they wish to earn. Special modules are offered at HSE’s St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod campuses, so that international students can experience Russia’s three cities in one summer.

What we provide:

  • Visa support for students
  • Accommodation support (involves help with booking a place in one of HSE dormitories. The cost of accommodation (5 400 RUB/month) is not included in the program fee);
  • Russian student “buddies” who meet international students at the airport, help them settle into their dormitories, and organize activities during their time at HSE
  • At least one sightseeing tour and organized social events
