Program Description
CPELI provides English language instruction in listening, speaking, reading, and writing with a focus on English for academic purposes. Classes are designed to help students gain the skills and confidence necessary to score highly on standardized tests such as TOEFL and IELTS and become successful students in American universities.
Program features
- Six levels of full time English language instruction - University admissions advising - Seminar classes including iBT TOEFL and IELTS test preparation classes - Conversation practice with Cal Poly Pomona students - Excursions to local attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Los Angeles beaches and famous locales
