Industrial pattern making requires a high level of flexibility in order to adapt the designers’ indications to industrial rules.
This profession was born after the industrialization of the clothing and apparel industry, as the process required a standardization of sizes. Industrial pattern makers translate sketches and prototype sheets into a multi-size pattern.
