Program Description

The two-day Masterclass is geared for mid-senior level management, industry practitioners, professionals and others with interests in Islamic Finance specifically, and in Finance generally.

The Masterclass covers various areas in Islamic Finance, and addresses both the theoretical and practical aspects of it. It is designed to be issue-driven, thematic and current in its approach. For those who are already working in the industry, certain aspects of the class are designed to fast-track their appreciation of the practical realities of Islamic Finance.

It is facilitated by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) from INCEIF and on occasion, invited Industry Expert (IE) who will impart their knowledge, experience and expertise in their respective areas. The Masterclass will also include real industry Case Studies and exercises to stimulate interaction and experiential learning.

The topics covered by the Masterclass are Islamic Finance, Shariah, Shariah Audit and Compliance, Islamic Banking, Risk Management and Governance, Legal Documentation for Islamic Banking, Islamic Capital Market, Takaful and Islamic Wealth Management.
