This programme aims to enable students to pursue careers in multinational enterprises engaging in international business and trade. It emphasizes practical training and covers business languages (Japanese/Korean/Spanish), academic, technical and managerial skills in an international business environment, legal and financial aspects, e-marketing, cross-cultural management skills, practical exhibition management and quality management.
This programme is designed with an emphasis on generic and language training, whole-person development and work experience to better equip students for further studies and employment after graduation.
Graduates may take up a broad perspective in international business and trade sectors. They are equipped to enter into careers at officer/executive or assistant level in areas such as administration, business, finance, shipping, exhibition, marketing, sourcing, logistics and quality control in multinational enterprises.
The Business Administration Discipline has established a close relationship and partnership with business enterprises and professional bodies. The department will invite guest speakers from various professions and arrange related workplace attachments for students to enhance their professional knowledge and employability.
General Entrance Requirements
Graduate from senior secondary school with proven English language proficiency, eg. IELTS at 5.0 or equivalent.
The applications will be assessed individually by the department concerned.
