Grand Ecole Program

General

Program Description

Our course philosophy is to educate young professionals to become leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit through a focus on business development, new venture creation, transdisciplinarity, and digital transformation. Indeed, we are convinced that 21st-century leaders must master the key competencies/skills of an entrepreneurial leader whatever their status (owner/entrepreneur, corporate leader), the size of their organizations (Start-up, SME, Multinational) and their geographical location.

Key programs objectives are:

  • To provide general management education by integrating ethics-driven behavior and an international perspective.
  • To maintain a key role for entrepreneurial experience (both from an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial standpoint).
  • To provide professional experience through a portfolio of specializations and numerous work placements, project-based learning and even apprenticeship or entrepreneurial project coaching (Student Entrepreneurship Track) for some of them.
  • To encourage transdisciplinarity and double competencies.
