A Pathway program provides academic, language and cultural support in order to succeed at a US university. Students are guaranteed progression to a graduate degree program through a curriculum consisting of credit-earning courses. We provide full integration with domestic and international students on campus from highly trained university instructors and tutors while giving you academic support throughout the program.

NOTE: This program can be completed in 16 months including the Pathway program.

*EGN 3443 Probability and Statistics for Engineers or equivalent course is a prerequisite for ESI 6247 Statistical Design Models and ESI 5306 Operations Research for Engineering Managers..

What are the progression requirements?

After successfully completing the Pathway program, you are guaranteed to enter your next semester of study. This transition to university from an INTO program is called progression. You must meet the following University of South Florida Pathway Progression criteria in order to progress:

  • Minimum 3.25 GPA in Pathway
  • At least one A grade in core graduate courses, and no grade lower than B
  • No "I" or "W" grades
  • No GRE required

What are my degree options after completing the INTO Pathway?

You are guaranteed admission to the Master of Science in Engineering Management program at USF after successfully completing the Graduate Pathway in Engineering Management and meeting all progression requirements.

Age: No minimum age but must have proof of high school graduation

2-Semester Pathway: TOEFL iBT 65-78, IELTS 5.5-6.0 (All subscores minimum 5.0), PTEA 44-52, or Password Test Level 6

1-Semester Pathway: TOEFL iBT 79+, IELTS 6.5+, PTEA 53+
