The vast majority of students earn a graduate diploma for vocational reasons.  Having an additional certification, in addition to an undergraduate degree, can help students find higher -paying and more prestigious jobs. Upon completion of this diploma, most students have an easier time finding employment.

Political science programs teach students the basic elements of the government and the various factions and processes that control it. Topics such as comparative government, international relations, and conflict resolution may also be covered.

Oceania consists of islands of the southern, western, and central Pacific Ocean, including Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia. The term is sometimes extended to encompass Australia, New Zealand, and the Malay Archipelago.
