A Foundation Year is a one-year program that prepares students for full-time undergraduate study. The program is available at many universities, and it introduces individuals to a variety of subjects and preps them for more rigorous college coursework.

To study human resource management is to prepare oneself for managing and leading employees at various kinds of organizations. When working toward this kind of degree, students take classes that focus on different aspects of the field, such as creating ROIs, conflict management, labor relations, and building work teams.

What's the Business and Human Resource Management Foundation Degree (FdA) course about?

This course is designed for students wanting to pursue a career in human resource management. The programme provides challenging, comprehensive learning experiences and develops students intellectual, communication and practical abilities.

All students are expected to undertake work experience in both years of the course where they investigate a chosen topic and practice skills developed on the course. The course is classroom based (aside from the work experience element) and is delivered full time over two days by subject and industry specialist staff.
