The 1st Level Academic Diploma in Digital Applications for the Visual Arts guides students in overcoming the traditional boundaries of the Arts, through the study of the widest social and commercial contexts and uses. The academic teaching of the visual arts is reinterpreted by extending the analysis of the reference cultural environments in a digital key. This means that creative experimentation becomes the educational basis for all artistic disciplines. Students are guided to conceive work in terms of design and system by relating it to the dynamics and new values that feed the world of contemporary art. The professional figure that emerges is that of a professional able to cover different roles within his aesthetic and social sphere, the ability to design and self-promote are developed, to facilitate market entry and critical awareness of the just operate.

Expertise

At the end of the First Level Academic Diploma in Digital Applications for Visual Arts, students will have acquired adequate technical and operational training, methods and contents in the fields of graphics, communication, photography, video and Visual arts. They will have acquired methodological and critical tools adequate to the acquisition of skills of expressive languages, of the most advanced techniques and technologies related to their field of action. Admission Criteria for the Course

Enrollment in the First Level Academic Diplomas is subject to passing the admission interview, in order to evaluate the candidate's cultural and technical-artistic knowledge. Those who hold a baccalaureate degree with an address similar to the academic course chosen or in possession of: ISIA five-year diploma, artistic maturity, art institute maturity, IPSCT - CINE TV technician are exempted from the admission interview. - Technician of advertising graphics, Technician of photographic image production and Technician of Audiovisual Industry.
