This course introduces the creative figure of the one who can communicate the image of a collection, a show, a digital environment, a shop or person by detecting the language of nowadays-aesthetic paradigms and shaping the collective imaginary of tomorrow.
The study plan features: Sociology of Imaginary (art& fashion, psychology, anthropology, subcultures), Trend Forecasting (colour theory and practice, materials, methodology, application), Fashion Photography (photology, photography, graphic design), Fashion Styling (shooting, icon making, publishing), Style Management (digital styling, p.r. and networking, blogging).
Visits to the Gucci and Ferragamo museums, an international guest lecture, an individual project and an individual consultation about your future in fashion including next-step study possibilities are all included in the course.
The course allows you to take the first step in your fashion training, providing excellent preparation for the four-year undergraduate programme in Business of Fashion and the nine-month masters programmes in Fashion Trend Forecasting or Fashion Styling.
