A 9-month program designed as an interactive learning process that helps managers to successfully compete in the global business world. Participants get knowledge and insight into state of the art management techniques. They also learn how to recognize opportunities in the market place and how to capitalize on them ahead of competition. Ultimately, participants get the ability to turn their newly acquired knowledge into competitive advantage for their companies.

The course schedule allows participants to continue their professional life. The breaks in between class days afford them reflection and immediate application of the acquired knowledge within their own organizations. Due to case study discussions, exercises and simulations, participants learn by analogy to better face their own companies’ challenges.
