Diversity and Inclusion Management – tools for creating fruitful work environment, organization culture and competitive advantage
Diversity management can be seen as an internal process aiming at creating a positive work environment by taking individual differences into consideration. Diversity is about acceptance and respect. On the other hand, diversity is also a cause of misunderstanding, suspicion and conflict in the workplace that can result in absenteeism, poor quality, low morale and loss of competitiveness.
