Participants will develop a range of skills that will enable you to trace your family history, learn about lore, life & mythology in the region, and stimulate you in themes of local history & archaeology. The programme will introduce participants to a wide variety of primary sources & other materials, utilised in researching folklore, genealogy, local history & archaeology. Students will be exposed to a range of innovative teaching and learning strategies, including fieldwork and experience, all of which is delivered by experts in the subject areas.
