Introduction
Presentation and objectivesThis course is part of a FAMSI cooperation project entitled: “Improving the quality of development cooperation policies and the SDGs of the LLPs. Andalusians and their recognition by citizens ” whose objective is to improve the quality of development cooperation policies and the 2030-ods agenda of Andalusian local entities and their recognition by citizens in the new 2019-2023 legislature. With this training proposal, the aim is to reinforce the structures of Andalusian local entities, their capacity to mainstream cooperation and solidarity policies, inter-institutional articulation and their recognition by local citizens through training.
For this, this training proposal has the general objective of “Knowing the general framework of development cooperation from the perspective of local governments, deepening the management and financing of decentralized cooperation policies, with a transversal perspective and with special attention to multilateralism. and the new global agenda and the approaches to international action of local and regional governments. "
RecipientsThis Specialization Diploma is aimed at those who have previously completed and passed the 3 continuous training courses convened by UNIA and that make up the training itinerary:Complementary Training Course in public policy of cooperation and international action of local governments. (8 ECTS).
Complementary Training Course in direct action of local governments, municipal technical cooperation and public services. (8 ECTS).
Complementary Training Course on New Approaches and Agendas of Decentralized Cooperation. (8 ECTS).The student will have to enroll compulsorily in the Final Project (workload: 6 ECTS).
The final work or report implies the completion by the student of a project, report or study in which they must apply and develop the skills and knowledge acquired within the corresponding academic program.
The academic committee of the program will coordinate and supervise the process of realization of the final works, ensuring their quality, the adaptation to the ECTS credits established for this subject in the study plan and the homogeneity in the level of demand applied in the evaluation of the students.
For the completion of the final work, students will be assigned one of the established lines of research and a tutor for planning and preparing it.
